CORD :

- Beacon's Flagship Solution CORD helps Brands, Distributors and Retailers establish a high fidelity connect on ordering management, thereby increasing the speed at which business moves.

Service Line : Sales and Channel Development

Job Level : Manager

Professional Qualification : MBA

Reporting To : Founder Director

Work Experience :

- 2+ years in Sales in a FMCG firm (ASM Preferred)

- Experience in managing General Trade

- Should a have managed a team for 6+ people

Salary Indication : Not a constraint for suitable candidate

The key job responsibilities include the following :

- Connect with non-performing retailers and convert them on CORD

- Onboarding of new distributors

- CORD Application Launch

- Field Testing & New User / Business Requirement gathering

- Launch and stabilization at Retailer

The key skills required :

- Should have handled sales role in a large FMCG company

- Ardent pursuer of Goals and highly organized

- Existing business network in the FMCG industry or experience in selling technology /services will be preferred

Other Details :

- This position will be a part of the leadership team of the organization and will be interacting regularly with the top management on strategic decisions and annual growth plans of the organization.

- The Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Gurgaon
