Young people who speak Marathi and English, are moved by social enterprise and impact, and want to get to the bottom of it in villages across Maharashtra.

You can write and present exceptionally well in English.

You write business plans like they are your next work of art.

You are super at cashflows.

Your analytical, obsessed by the truth, facts, getting to the bottom of it, numbers, report - social impact.

You're able to and willing to commit for two years.

You have no fear of traveling alone, by bus, in villages.

You like reporting through a mobile APP.

You want to learn about what makes enterprises work in bottom of the pyramid communities. You want to help us ensure our over 15 young heroes across Maharashtra succeed.

You're profound, committed, want to work in a team, to deadlines and you- re not afraid to travel all the time.

You're moved by wanting to understand what moves young people.

You want to find a way to move them out of poverty.

You celebrate enterprise. Sustainable enterprise. Design. Skills. Graphic novels. Epic movies. Change on a massive scale.

You can commit for two years to build your portfolio of skills and ours.

Be! Fund is India's first youth venture fund, we provide new access to capital to young people who live in poverty so they can start enterprises that solve problems where they live and create jobs. Once they are successful we tell their stories as graphic novels to 150,000 kids in Grade 9, so they can learn about wild beekeepers, leaf plates, fixing farmer's water motors and dare one day to choose to become entrepreneurs who change the world.
