Job Profile :
The candidate should be from a strong leasing background capable of independently handling Real Estate in his respective territory. The profile directly reports to the GM - Store Development and will be based out of Mumbai and Delhi.
Job Description :
- Looking for Retail Space for High Streets, Mall, Food Court Units, Corporate Parks) for the Mumbai & Delhi Markets
- Building up a network of Property Consultants & brokers for getting new sites.
- First level Negotiation with Developers / Landlords for Commercial and legal aspects.
- Building up a robust pipeline of Retail spaces for the coming months.
- Preparing all Site related documents required for approvals.
- Co-ordination with the legal team for getting legal documents executed.
Education Qualification Required :
- A PG / Graduate with good command over spoken and written English.
Computer Knowledge :
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point) and should be well versed with applications like Google Earth.
