BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MUMBAI (Town ship)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Be the internal Subject matter Expert for the Townships in Engineering Construction Transportation and infrastructure(ECTI) Vertical

- Expected to develop and drive ECTI Vertical proposition in townships

- Develop alliances and continuously fine tune the value proposition

- Be part of Strategy development, Presales efforts and Proposal making

- Develop knowledge on new technique and solutions being used by Real Estate sector in large township projects – observe trends and look for new offerings

- Work closely with CRG Sales and Presales of LOBs to coordinate the Value proposition communication

- Hold internal knowledge building sessions and evangelize the offerings

Skills Required -

- B.E./ B.Tech, MBA/PGDBM (desirable),

- 7 - 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years in real estate companies/ projects in Strategy/ Project Management function

- Strong Communication & Networking Skills

- Project experience may include Project Management, Quality Management, Site Supervision of residential/ commercial projects etc

- Exposure to IT systems in Real Estate firms including governance systems, asset management etc.

- Experience in Client interfacing/ Business development / presales, bidding, proposals

- Added advantage if person has experience in IT infrastructure as well (specially in either GPON or Metro Ethernet)

- Experience in Primavera or ERP

- Potential organizations from where we can hire include: IBM, Cisco, and Real Estate companies
