Position : BDM (Business Development Manager)
Key requirement :
- Relevant work experience in Business Development dealing with Smart Security Solutions, Smart Communication Network and Telecom Infrastructure and Smart Infrastructure in the Infrastructure Sector for Critical Infrastructure like ports, airports, metros, IT parks and public buildings
- Preferably from a Telecom background, managing Govt. and Defense vertical incl. large accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- During RFP response preparation involved in requirements gathering with clients, liaising with technical team and bringing out most appropriate and winning solutions, spearheading RFP response preparation and ensuring the response is submitted on time.
- Maintaining Business Development Team's Repository for managing reusable components in an organized manner.
- Analyzing key accounts and identifying options for cross selling and up-selling by liaising with Account Owner/Director
- Introduced Gamification concept to the team thereby maintained high level communication flow within team
- Spearheading client visits and ensure agenda of visit is being met
- Working closely with onsite sales engineers by providing appropriate capability / solution presentations matching prospect's needs during various levels of meetings
- Preparing whitepapers, collateral, brochures, case studies and managing website content, etc.
- Market Research activities involving Industry forecast, competitor analysis, prospect profiling, etc.
Education : B.E/B.Tech, MBA from a reputed college.
