For a Leading MNC Telecom Service Provider we are urgently looking for Business Development Manager-M2M to be based at Mumbai.
- To drive profitable and sustainable M2M business (new business and revenues) in India.
- To develop business and Company leadership in assigned industry vertical segments.
- To assist with development & implementation of M2M Line of Business strategy, in alignment with Company INDIA structure and priorities.
- Drive M2M revenues from assigned vertical segments
- Develop and effectively execute M2M strategy and sales plans
- Proactively identify M2M opportunities, engage customers and win M2M projects
- Manage the M2M-specific relationship with customers in order to generate new business and to maintain and grow existing revenues, in conjunction with Company INDIA Account Management personnel.
- Create partnerships with local companies and sales channels necessary for success
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with key partners and other players (distributors, manufacturers, system integrators etc.) in the M2M value chain
- Ensure that customers fulfil agreed contract volumes
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, solution management or similar roles
- Extensive track record of successful sales of complex technology propositions
- An intimate understanding of the M2M marketplace, players and trends
- A holistic view of how M2M connectivity fits into customers’ overall business processes and market offers
- Tertiary education
- Good strategic skills
