Profile we need: Post Grad or MBA: 4 to 6 years Experience in Academics / Training & Development along with Business development & Marketing experience

Age group - 28 to 35

- Need someone who is passionate about education & training especially learning & skills enhancement and is willing to be inspired by the thought of converting TRRAIN’s vision into reality.

Skills

- Brief on Content Development for various levels

- Evaluation & Monitoring of the content development & execution process

- Business Development acumen for prospecting new clients & co-ordination with various partners

- Marketing of the training programs

- Communication (written and oral)

- Execution

Key Deliverables

Education:

- To understand the research findings & develop curriculum in sync with the same

- To update & upgrade the existing content from time to time along with delivery partners.

- To find innovative ways of teaching / learning for the target audience (web based, mobile, etc)

Business Development/ Marketing & Execution:

- Prospecting new clients, work on customized solutions & ground level execution of the same

- Capacity Utilization at an optimum level

- Liaising between the Content Development company / on ground partners / delivery partners on a day to day basis

- To work with content developers / skill enhancement partners & ensure the delivery of the same to the retailers & retail associates. Ensure the last mile delivery

- Creating pert & timelines to chart the progress of TRRAIN and being a spokesman for the concept at various forums

Indicative Key KPI’s

1.Ensure 100% capacity utilization at all times.

2.Ensure Learner satisfaction above 85%.

3.Convert feedback into actionable points such that content becomes the most relevant for TRRAIN Target Audience.

4.Plan year-long roster and education plan centre wise and meet the capacity utilization to achieve budgets.

5.Ensure profitability of the education program of TRRAIN.
