I represent an executive search firm called Talisman Advisors. Our core competency lies in recruiting professionals at the middle and senior levels.

Our client is a leading BPO with a presence nationally and internationally. We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in the Banking Industry.

Experience

- Result oriented professional with deep understanding of the US Banking industry

- Should have experience in either Shared Services within a Bank or Business Development or Engagement management experience in the Business process outsourcing industry.

- Experience in selling and driving transformational programs

- Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability

- Ability to connect and multi task with delivery, sales and solution design units

- Role requires great attitude, high level of responsiveness, and excellent cross cultural and communication skills

- Needs to understand outsourcing/offshoring in both Industry specific processes as well as support functions like F&A, HR, Sourcing & Procurement

- Min 10+ years of overall experience.

Job Role

- Will manage key existing clients and will be responsible for specific revenue/growth target

- Build deep relationships within the client organization with key business stakeholders, vendor management and be seen as a trusted partner

- Needs to understand client landscape and craft proactive strategies to win new business within account

- Work closely with solution design team on RFP responses, solution creation and value proposition validation

- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure that expectations are exceeded and client perceptions are managed effectively

- Provide summarized research to the management on the trends, changes, influences, in the industry

- Enhance brand awareness of the company as a leading BPO service provider in the domain by liaisoning with deal advisors, analysts and leading consulting firms

- Identify, enroll and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and ensure that the organisation is well represented.

- Ensure industry knowledge and best practices are accurately captured and transferred to the extended team

Location – East Coast or Midwest (US) (New Jersey Or Chicago could be options)

Compensation : Approximately U.S $ 100,000 fixed (However, please consider this as an indicative figure, could be a little less or more)
