Business Development / Sales - Business Research
LOCATION: Navi Mumbai

ROLE: Business Development Manager/Senior Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business development / client acquisition: Acquire new business for research services in assigned geographies and vertical
- Engaging prospects over various stages of the sales cycle: Own entire sales cycle, i.e., set appointments, make sales calls and presentations, and close deals
- Proposal writing: Write responses / proposals to RFP / RFQ / RFI from prospects / existing clients and handle client queries with the help of research team
- Relationship building: Build relationships and network with decision makers in the assigned vertical
- Account management: Ensure high quality of client servicing, generate repeat business from existing clients and grow accounts
- Building vertical knowledge: Build understanding and track developments of assigned vertical
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline
- 2 - 8 years of experience in selling business research /consulting /information services
- Proven experience in closing sales deals and achieving targets
- Candidates with experience in client engagement / servicing / delivery role in business research or consulting with aspirations to build career in sales / account management can also apply
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CPG or Automotive vertical is preferred
- Should be comfortable working in UK & US regions
