Qualification: MBA in Marketing/HR from Premier B-School (e.g IIM’S, FMS, XLRI, Symbiosis, IIFT, MDI etc.)

Desired Profile:

 -  Experience in Manpower Planning, organization development, Training & Development, People management, Policy Formulation.

 -  Experience in Project Management.

 -  An effective communicator with the ability to work under pressure and stressful situations.
 -  Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and planning.

 - Willing to travel frequently.

 -  Business development in terms of training and development, Consulting for following sectors:-

    - Govt. sector

 -  looking after tenders and liasoning with govt. agencies/parties.

 -  Taking care of Projects in following areas:-

    - Project planning
