Should have worked with Banks/Private equity, Investment banks or other BFSI companies for real estate investments or SEZ.1

Should have successfully generated, converted and closed deals with size in excess of Rs. 20 billion

Experience in the Business Development space specifically for Real Estate Sector.

Role description:

A. (Coverage + Initiation / Origination + Relationship Maintenance with the Client)

B. Identification of potential targets / prospects for Investment Banking proposal(s), in the space of Structured Finance, Loan Syndication (domestic and international finance), Private Equity, Public Equity, M&A, Advisory Services for Capital and Corporate Structuring / Re-structuring.

C. Preparation of pitch books / presentation / discussion material (power point or otherwise) for the potential targets / prospects, wherein the credential of the company are well presented, apart from the pitch being made for the pitch for the prospective client.

D. Provide all the required inputs of the potential client / prospects to the management and settle the Pitch Books / Fact Packs, as the case may be.

E. Initiate dialogue with the target universe.
