Job Description
- Manage a team of executives who are responsible for seller development.
- Responsible for sales for all sellers in respective region
- Working with central category team in deciding on seller selection strategy and execution of the strategy
- Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members
- Responsible for identification and onboarding of new sellers
- Responsible for sales targets, seller quality, seller order fulfillment for the respective region
- Designing, Planning and executing seller specific marketing in the respective geography
- Develop a very good understanding of retail function and help aid in growing marketplace business from seller front.
Requisite Skills -
- MBA from tier 1 college
- 2-5 yrs of experience in Vendor Relations, Sales, Business Development
- Prior experience in mentoring and performance management of reportees
- Should have excellent communication skill
- Self-driven and display leadership skills
- Have shown past experience in hiring and building up seller teams.
