BD Manager - IT Infrastructure Services (10-15 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal incumbent would be an Engineer (preferred not mandatory) or MBA, with 10+ years of experience, with demonstrated record of Sales/ Business development . The incumbent would be responsible for handling Business Development for New Accounts/Clients for selling IMS ( Infrastructure Management Services) for the assigned geography.
- The incumbent will be a part of the Sales team in developing and executing strategies to grow average deal size and also expanding the service mix offered. Articulate and confident presenter and should be able to work independently and be a self starter.
- An extensive and in-depth knowledge of the IMS markets and should possess excellent connections within the IT industry. Be able to provide management direction across the region to support the business growth strategy.
- Good industry experience and a successful track record with target accounts, change management
experience, and expertise that will result in solutions selling model at a strategic business and partner level.
- Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions, excellent presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Company’s representative and participation in local industry conferences, seminars and other Business promotion and allied activities in order to position and enhance brand position as a premium sought after s/w services vendor.
