BD Manager - International Markets - US - BPO

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for selling Outsourcing services in the International Markets (US Geography).

Mentioned below are some key requirements:

- Experience in Selling BPO Services is mandatory.

- Should have experience in selling to International customers (UK/US preferred).

- Must have traveled and stayed in international locations.

- At least 10+ years of overall experience with majority of them in sales in BPO or ITES Industry, preferably with mid size company with around 5+ years relevant experience selling BPO Services.

- Hardcore sales experience with consistent achievement of new sales targets

- Should have exposure to managing existing business and farming of existing account to generate new business

- Should be able to cultivate / engage CMOs, Marketing Directors of our Services.

- Should have and be able to use professional / industry contacts

- Should have a very good understanding, solutioning, pricing & cross selling of non-voice BPO Services

- Excellent written and presentation skills

- Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.

- Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing Clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Should be prepared to work as per US Time Zones (Night Shifts)

- Exceptional Written and oral skills

- Good Presentation skills. Strong with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
