Further they collaborate with global business schools and renowned faculty in delivering programs targeted at India’s growing leadership talent pool. These programs are designed for senior Indian executives with significant time in management and having rich functional or general management experience

Hiring Need:

Our Client works with select faculty and renowned business schools globally, in bringing high-quality Executive Education Programs to India, Executive coaching and in collaborating on research work in India.

Our client is looking at strengthening their Business Development team and would like to add a Business development resource for covering Mumbai region.

- The hire would look at engaging with organizations in the region to help design learning solutions from premier global b-schools that address their business objectives and build leadership strengths.

- Further the hire would also assist Senior Leaders in the region for enrollment into the Open Enrollment Programs from INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Wharton and TUCK

The position reports into the Director -Program Development based in Mumbai with a dotted line to the Founders.

The position is based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Director Program Development and the Senior Management Team to identify target companies and key clients in the region and also determine the nature of open enrollment program offerings with partnered Business schools.

- Build and grow relationships with key companies in the region by becoming the "face" of company, through ongoing communication, visibility at public events and regular in- person meetings

- Assist the Director Program Development in engaging with the Heads of HR/ Learning & Development Heads of organizations in the region and assist in designing learning solutions and customized programs that could in turn be offered by partnered select Faculty and business schools in line with clients’ objectives.

- Represent and articulate various Open Enrollment programs’ value proposition at key meetings with clients and prospects

- Oversee all aspects of on- the- ground delivery in India in keeping with the highest standards of partners - Business schools i.e INSEAD, Wharton, MIT and TUCK - in collaboration with their respective Executive education delivery teams.

- Also assist the potential leads and participants of these various programs with Program advice and support as and when required.

Candidate specifications:

- 6- 8 + years of Business Development experience preferably from HR Consulting / Learning & Development industry.

- Track record of successful selling and business development in the region at CXO level.

- Meaningful access to Heads of HR and Learning & Development heads at various corporate in the region is good to have.

- Must have strong B2B experience.

- Strong business acumen

- MBA or Masters Degree from a premiere business school

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to represent the company at key public events

- Self- starter with entrepreneurial qualities and ability to work effectively with the team, Partners and Clients at multiple location(s) with minimal supervision

- Must be highly motivated, coach able and must possess hunger to learn and grow
