 - Payroll Process for SME and Large Corporations in India to include Earning and Deduction Computations, Flexible Benefits Plan, Statutory deductions, Employee & Employer reports, Retiral Benefits Plan.

 - Pioneers in offering payroll BPO services on home grown technology platform for managing payroll and benefits plan

 - Cumulative employee records managed are in excess of 200,000

Should Have/Must Have

 - Acquired multiple clients in the Insurance vertical in US

 - Led the acquisition of large clients in India for payroll services

 - Created and implemented strategy for acquisition of SME clients for payroll services

 - Quoted in leading Insurance publications in US

 - Pivotal in expanding the market in the Insurance Industry in US for Policy Life Cycle Management Services and for Finance & Accounting processes.

 - Creating product offerings for Policy Life Cycle Management, Proof of Concepts (POC), organizing marketing events such as Workshops and Road Shows in US.

 - Spearheading pre-sales and technical aspects - Product feedback, Product demos, Competitor products comparison & technical discussions etc.

 - Facilitating creation of collaterals & compelling web presence, advertisement in leading industry journals and relationship with Industry Journals such as Business Insurance and Insurance Journal.
