Baer Capital Partners is one of the leading emerging market private equity franchises with more than USD300 mn invested in Indian businesses across sectors.   The role of an analyst would include :   Managing Existing Portfolio companies including :  - Regular monitoring of portfolio  - Update on Industry  - Preparing internal memos  - Providing research insights  - Evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities   - Evaluating business, Valuation, building financial models  - Preparing Investment committee documents   - Conducting industry, business, legal and financial due diligence across sectors   - We are looking for candidates who have  - Financial modelling skills  - Industry research skills   - Presentation skills  - Ability to work in a team   - The candidate will cover a range of sectors and explore a variety of investment ideas using a mix of financial modelling and strategic analysis.
