Bayer - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsible for owning the talent acquisition for identified legal entities of Bayer.

Engaging with stakeholders to understand the dimensions of a mandate and value add by bringing in market knowledge.

Scanning the talent space to identify, attract and enhance the "Bayer Employer Brand".

Proactively build networks and strategic talent pools.

Manage and maintain relevant databases.

ELIGIBILITY:

Should be passionate about people and performance.

Proven Talent Acquisition experience of 4-7 years with high calibre sourcing competence.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Apt in planning and organising.

Proven execution focus on achieving targets.
