The purpose of the position is to ensure impeccable standards of compliance for the Bayer Group under various Employment / Labour / Industrial statutes. Some of the key responsibilities of the incumbent are as enumerated below:  - To ensure all offices of Bayer have valid certifications and licenses under various statutes, example Registration Certificates under Shops & Establishment Act.  - To ensure effective closure of Audit observations (audits conducted by Statutory Authorities).  - Vendors- Compliance Audit, Gap identification and initiating necessary remedial measures.  - Employee Relation Management - disciplinary actions pertaining to Filed Employees & Employees at Bayer offices.  - Representing Bayer in courts of law / judicial authorities and partnering with legal firms / advocates.  - Maintaining harmonious employee and industrial relations.  - Managing disciplinary proceedings to ensure fairness and principles of natural justice.  - To gain confidence and trust of stakeholders through honesty, integrity and authenticity.  - Build partnerships and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to meet shared objectives.  Eligibility:  - Degree in LL.B. and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management equivalent to M.B.A.  - 15 years of overall experience in HR Generalist profile with 12 years of post-qualification experience.  - Around 8-10 years experience in core Employment Law Compliance and Employee Relations.  Bayer Group in India:  Bayer is a global enterprise with core competencies in the fields of health care, nutrition and high-tech materials.
