YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :  1. Ensure Transfer Pricing Compliance.  2. Defend Transfer Pricing Litigation, articulate tax submissions, cases laws and factual information duly supported by consultants.  3. Create Transfer pricing awareness to business group and overseas colleagues on changes in legislations.  4. Drive / Challenge Tax Counsels / Consultants.  5. Implement New Tax Legislation's and change circulars in a simplistic manner.  6. Advise the business colleagues to maintain the requisite margins for multiple businesses across all the entities.  7. Involves regular interaction with the business and explaining them the dynamics of transfer pricing laws and its implications on Bayer companies.  8. Also involves in explaining the overseas business and transfer pricing counter parts about the transfer pricing requirements from an Indian perspective and getting their approval in structuring the transfer prices and compliant business models.  9. Maintaining an effective transfer pricing system in place for all the Bayer group companies after taking all the stake holders in confidence.  10. Convince Statutory auditors on tax treatments.  11. Negotiate and drive for optimal transfer prices with overseas, business and tax authorities.  12. Advice on International taxation including withholding tax advisory.  13. Participation in various tax projects on need basis.   WHO YOU ARE :  1. Chartered Accountant with high level of interpretative and communication skills.  2. Minimum 7 to 8 years experience.  3.
