1) Analysis and Tracking: To provide support to Country Head of Seeds & Traits in closely monitoring and analyzing progress on agreed business parameters (Sales, P&L) and in achieving them. To track progress of CAPEX projects.  2) Reporting: To compile relevant information from various interfaces of Country Head of Seeds and to prepare reports for stake holders including data on results of new product demonstration. To act as a single point reference for various marketing and business intelligence statistics from Seeds.  3) Seeds Leadership Team Meetings Convener: To act as a convener of the Seeds India Leadership team meetings which includes organizing meetings calendar, preparing Agenda, facilitating various sessions, preparing the Minutes and driving implementation of agreed actions.  4) Business Intelligence: To provide support to Country Head in close coordination with Field and HO Marketing in scanning business environment, identifying opportunities and in tracking competition & be the custodian of the BI tool (regular maintenance of the tool as well as execute enhancements from time to time).  5) Marketing controlling: To compile bottoms up proposals from field sales and marketing for running various promotion and demand generation campaigns. To convey final approved budgets and tracking expenditure and reporting.  6) Promotion Campaigns Tracking : To Monitor and track execution of Sales promotion campaigns, supply of promotional inputs.  ELIGIBILITY:  EDUCATION :  Degree in agriculture and Post-Graduation in business administration.  EXPERIENCE :  Around 3-4 years of experience.
