Bayer - HR Manager - Employer Branding - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (2-5 yrs)

Position Purpose :

- The position will be responsible for planning and driving the employer brand strategy bringing the brand alive internally, externally and in the social media. Collaboration with Source and Select team to enhance the quality of hire would be an area of focus.

Major Responsibilities :

- The position works in collaboration with Communications to bring the Employer Brand to Life. The position will seek stories that accentuate the employer brand promise and bring it to fore using variety of innovative mediums.

- The position will be responsible for evaluating the presence of Bayer on Social Media and be responsible for its execution in terms of audience segmentation, content creation and vendor management

- The incumbent is responsible for delivering on engagements with academic institutions.

- The position is responsible for crafting HR messaging which increases the visibility of the function. (e.g. - run periodic campaigns e.g. increase the visibility for the EAP).

- The incumbent should create forums and communities which thrive on collaboration and are self sustainable (e.g. toast masters club, photography club, book review club etc).

- Enabling continuous feedback through Employee Surveys - both internal and external, is another facet of the role

- With an ear to the ground the position holder should plan and execute initiatives around the insights linking back to the Employer Brand.

- Build external networks across relevant media to ensure periodic visibility for Bayer thus enhancing Bayer's employer brand and its image as employer of choice.

- To ensure effective utilization of career pages and social media platforms for Talent Acquisition.

- To support talent acquisition for senior and top management positions.

- Drive and implement talent acquisition strategy and support in streamlining process for efficient results.

Who you are :

- MBA/PGDM - from a premier institute.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles with MNC

- Ability to think out of the box, analytical bend and ability to liase with multiple stakeholders internally and externally

- Exhibits the LIFE values of Bayer - Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency
