ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:  Implement global and regional PCS strategy with high speed and efficiency by defining and executing appropriate, specific strategies and tactics for Indian Subcontinent in order to maintain and build different markets/applications so to deliver sales volume, turnover and profits and FOCF to BU PCS.  Drive and steer the sheet business in Indian Subcontinent, lead the P&T Key Account Management.  Ensure high levels of services are delivered to customers by establishing and leading a professional Technical and Sales team and by coordinating with CCDC greater Noida and other service related functions so to maintain and strength customers loyalty and at the same time maximize the profits for PCS by creating constantly customers contributing high profits.  Create and maintain high level of market transparencies for relevant PCS markets/industries in order to take proactive actions to seize business opportunities and ensure the long term development of BU growth.  In-depth understanding of competitors and observe closely competitors behaviors and actions in the market in order to make adequate strategic responses.  Observe and develop sustainable growth drivers (including innovation needs) so to defend market share and deliver continuously profits.  Closely monitor government policies and regulations and respond to changes with actions that will drive for growth.  Hiring and developing personnel, lead and coach the teams in order to deliver the targets.  Effective communication within internal PCS team (global + regional + Indian Subcontinent) and seek proactively continuous improvements on interfaces topics to improve efficiency.  WHO YOU ARE:  Sound business knowledge in local and regional markets with minimum of 10 years.  Post Graduation degree / MBA.  Strong customer-focused mindsets with good negations skills.  Exceptional strategic and conceptual capabilities combined with creative thinking and previous management (business and people) skills.  Strong capability and proven track records in formulating business tactics and defining operational directions for team members.
