Objectives:
- Drive profitable growth of Personal Care business in the sub-region through solution selling with - Techno-Commercial- focus
- Define market approach to specific market / customer segments based on the changing needs
- Provide input to development of medium and long term strategies
Main Tasks:
- Evaluate consumer trends (B2C) and identify opportunities (B2B) from techno-commercial points of view
- Translate trends / identified opportunities into actionable concepts combining marketing and technical solutions in consumer language
- Develop / adapt promotional tools in terms of formulation, method and claim that appeals to Marketing / Brand managers and R&D of customer organization
- Lead customer / segment specific projects covering marketing concepts that addresses functional / emotional benefits, formulation-related differentiated technical solutions and appropriate technical claim substantiation methods
- Ensure alignment of marketing concepts with that of the technical solutions in line with the identified market approach for the customer / segment
- Organize training to Sales, marketing and technical solution teams as per the specific requirements of segment / customer
- Design and implement sub-region specific events like fairs, seminars, customer events, advertisements and advocacy with other stake holders in the Industry
- Develop, motivate and challenge team members to reach their full potential and drive high performance
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science (Chemistry / Biology), Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Working Experience: Minimum 10 years- relevant working experience
- Expertise in the personal care industry with proven track record in technical promotion of personal care specialties
- Strong understanding of marketing
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Knowledge on the related markets and products
