BASF in India has 9 production sites, 2 R&D centers and more than 2,000 employees and is well positioned to meet the current and future needs of the ever-growing Indian market.  Objective :  This position partners closely to the Business Cluster Leader and serves as a consultant to business on human resource related issues, The individual will coach, mentor and guide the HR KAMs to support the Business Unit / Function Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.  This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.   Main Tasks :  In partnership with the Cluster Business Leader and HRKAM provide HR solutions to accelerate the people development towards the business aggressive growth targets  Consult with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and communicate needs within HR department  Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience  Provide day to day guidance to HR KAM's on people related topics  Work closely with HR KAM and leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.   Provide coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues  Work closely to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives   Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures   Coordinate with Central HR team and HR vertical heads for implantation of various HR initiatives   Experience with assessing and selecting talent and filling open positions   Collaborate with the Regional HR for aligning country and regional HR initiatives   Requirements:  1. Education  MBA with a specialization in HR  Fluent in English  2.
