Base Corporation - Strategic Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the strategic layer to CEO, working parallel with the leadership team. Controlling accountability matrix and representing the CEO in all such discussions

- Serve as the data backbone for strategy formulation and business planning & execution

- Develop world class reporting & business intelligence capabilities across the value chain. Ensure the same is practiced across various levels

- Support annual planning cycle including control measures, quarterly financial forecast, alongside aforementioned functional teams

- Define, support, and manage back-end data repository system for Strategy & Business Intelligence information

- Support Business reviews & presentations, future projections/trends/competition mapping etc.

- Drive Continuous Improvement & effectiveness through technology

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineer/ MBA (Tier 1) with 3+ years relevant experience in management consulting. Significant exposure to functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales & marketing, service operations would be desirable

- Strong business acumen, with solid experience in strategy and planning, data gathering, analysis, and presentation

- Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of leveraging technology

- Ability to influence leadership, work with people and drive towards common solutions and issue resolutions

- Strong quantitative & analytical skills, with the ability to take decisive action to solve problems

- Ability to work independently
