Job Description:

This is a strategic role with responsibility to develop, and improve systems and applications of the organization. The incumbent must have broad and deep knowledge of all areas related to systems, applications, infrastructure and security.

- Contribute to the development of IT strategy and ensure translation and alignment during the development and monitoring of organizational strategy including objectives, targets and initiatives

Areas of primary focus would include:

1. Setup of IT systems (Hardware and software) at the new outlets {Systems such as POS, CCTVs etc. required for an outlet to be operational}

2. Data centre operations

3. Backup and restore services

4. Disaster recovery

5. IT Infrastructure support to the organization

- Develop, train, and oversee the team of Support Engineers

- Interface with the organization's management on all information systems and technology related issues

- Liaison between IT and other functions in the organization

- Must have a Proven track record of "Getting things done" and "Making it happen"

Key Skills Required

- 4 - 7 years of experience (Experience in startups would be preferred)

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Good organizational and planning skills.

- The ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Drive, motivation and initiative.

- Integrity and ethical focus

- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
