Overall Job Purpose

- Managing the end to end processing of FX & Money market Trades

- Ensure the timely submission of all regulatory returns

- Carry out reconciliation between system generated returns & manual return

- Requirements gathering for reports to be automated

- Testing of reports in UAT environment

Key Accountabilities

The job role requires meeting service delivery standards for quality and timeliness for entire FX, MM & Derivative operations. This includes management of an E2E Trade Reporting of FX and Derivatives trades to CCIL within the prescribed timeline, monitoring of various reports published by CCIL, highlighting delays, resolving /escalating issues Handling processing of FX, Money markets & Derivative Desk which includes authorization, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation & all regulatory and other reporting's.

The regulatory environment in the FX, MM & Derivative operations is dynamic and continuously changing due to various regulatory enhancements. This entails continuous preparedness for documenting the changes, performing UAT and subsequently handling the new/additional reporting requirements.

Ensure efficiency through development and management of controls and procedures and their constant reviews in relation to product delivery and development so as to confirm treasury operations to both external and internal risk/regulatory guidelines

For implementation and automation of the existing regulatory reporting requirements, which are taken in a phased manner. Any updates to the existing automation or any implementations which was not in the initial implementation process.

This role requires understanding of the regulatory report submission & should be aware of regulatory changes applicable.

To support business areas in deciphering regulatory changes and help in implementing appropriate controls to meet requirements.

Manage RBI annual Inspection, statutory, concurrent and internal audits with the aim of obtaining clean audit reports.

To act as a backup for the Liquidity desk in processing FCY and INR payments, keeping track of respective currency deadlines.

Essential experience/ qualifications / skills
