This role is for a growing NBFC - MFI with great career growth opportunities.  Key Responsibilities:  Have exposure to debt fund raising from Banks & FIs (Borrowing- term loans, non-convertible debentures NCD)  Preparing fund requirement plans  Preparing proposals for borrowing and submission to banks (including handling queries from banks and other financial institutions)  Handle all Pre & Post documentation requirements on borrow  Ensuring information requested by banks as per the terms and conditions like Book Debts Statement, RBI mandated certifications and other MIS /reporting are submitted on time as per the required periodicity  Ensuring ideal draw down of borrowing to enable optimal fund utilization  Preparing plans and implement for lower cost of borrowing and more efficient usage  Developing strong networking relationships with both existing and new lenders  Experience & Education:  B.Com & MBA / CA  5- 8 years  Preferably from the Banking/NBFC/MFI Industry  Debt fundraising experience would be preferable  Skills:  Good communication and managing relationships  Understanding Of Balance Sheets / Ratios / Leverage / Return Ratios / Borrowing Restrictions (Basic)   Good excel Skills  Email Writing, English Speaking and Writing, (must Have)  Willingness to travel  Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore should apply.
