Position: Banking Manager  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 4 - 8 Years in Treasury and Banking Management  Qualification: CA/MBA Finance  Age: Max 30 Years  Working Time: 9:30 to 7:30 (Monday to Saturday)  Responsibilities:  - To keep track and follow-up for the RTGS/NEFT details from the bank for the details and inform FL to preparing the enabler and help in reducing the items as unadjusted in bank reconciliation for all bank accounts periodically  - To regularly update the bank for the Customer code created in SAP to enable the customer to transfer the fund without any rejection  - To liaise with banks for all treasury related and sort out any issues relating to processing of treasury activities  - To regularly monitor the bank balance and arrange surplus cash with FD and get comparative quote for Fixed Deposits and place FD from time to time   - To manage funds available with various banks to ensure payment is made as committed  - To check the letter of credit for exports/local and advise for any changes, check the lc documents and arrange to submit to the bank within the stipulated time and ensure 100% payment is collected  - To pass journal entries for all treasury related activities  - To prepare monthly reports to the bank such as SOD/QIS/QPR  - To process bank guarantees on day to day basis, check the clauses in the bank guarantee, not having objectionable one.  - To coordinate with the Banks for the BG- without continuing guarantee clause,   - To process FD/Tender deposit/Solvency/misc certificate from time to time , liase with branch and bank effectively  - To send monthly reports on continuing guarantee not collected, advance bank guarantee payment status, bank guarantee to expire next 15 days etc  - To prepare enabler(bank payment/receipt) for all Treasury related transactions  Please connect on linked for more information: in.linkedin.com/in/samirhuda/
