Our proprietary matching software matches sell-side characteristics with buy-side investment criteria, generating high quality matches in seconds in a confidential and non-disclosed manner.  For more information please go to www.bankerbay.com  Position / Role: Manager - Content & Social Media Marketing  Qualification & Experience:   - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience  - Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation - MBA preferred  Location: Bangalore  Responsibilities:  - In-charge of the Content and Social Media team  - Planning the Editorial Calendar and Social Media Strategy  - Re-writing news articles to keep the BankerBay newsfeed updated  - Monitoring the BankerBay social media feed and engaging with target audience  - Engaging users and generating leads for the sales team  - Working on PR activities to promote the company's presence across the IB industry  - Ideating and writing up thought leadership articles on behalf of the CEO  - Running ad campaigns to engage users and enhance brand awareness while keeping within the budgets in check  - Writing punchy and catchy ad copy that can be used for content marketing initiatives  - Working with graphics editor to create images for marketing  - Working with technology team to create a cohesive UX for potential users coming through ads  - Writing the content for company marketing material, brochures, website, emails etc.  - Suggesting content enhancements to various products and the BankerBay website  Skills/Requirements:  - Basic knowledge of the financial industry, private equity deal making, M&A and basics of the commercial real estate industry  - 3-4 years experience managing a team  - Prior experience of managing professional social media feeds  - Ability to write crisp content about financial / investment banking Industry   - Superlative research skills and an eye for detail   - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written   - Clear, concise and compelling copywriting and proofreading skills   - Up to date on search engine & social media industry and guidelines   - Familiarity with basic SEO best practices and keyword research  - Prior experience with digital marketing for B2B companies  - Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
