(More specifically, on providing the best user experience for a consumer in understanding and making meaningful decision while buying financial products - Loans, Credit cards & Insurance).  - Will be part of the product team which focus on the web platform Bankbazaar.com  - Will be owning a part of the product in rolling out new products & features.  - Will be responsible for driving key conversion metrics along with a Senior Product Manager  - Will work across key functions in the company to gather, document specific feature requirements from internal functions/external partners & assist in enabling these requirements.   Who are you :   - 2+ years of experience in consumer internet product management. Experience working with developers, QA in shipping products.   - Work across teams (UX, UI, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement.  - Championing of user's buying behaviour for a given product & Industry.  - Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to lead teams   Product Mindset :  - Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features  - Thinks & understands user flows, customer needs, and business needs   - Is obsessed about consumer friendly, simple, and clean design   - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs  - Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups  Business Mindset :  - Excited to take ownership at early stage of company   - Familiar with business settings and how organizations make design decisions   - Decisive with strong design intuition   - Agile & flexible in a fast changing startup environment   - Ability to logically reason & justify design choices to key stakeholders   - Gather & analyze feature performance data to make optimizations/improvements  Above All Else :  - Loves creating beautiful things   - Loves learning & growing personally & professionally   - Always has a point of view and an open mind   - No ego & has a high bar on self's work
