Develop an audit plan commensurate to the scale, size and criticality of operations.  Execute audit projects as deemed necessary by the Department Manager and management (e.g., financial, operational, compliance, special projects).  Produce detailed audit work papers in standardised templates to track response, action pta and timelines or in other words draft audit findings and recommend action plans for review with management that are clear, concise and measurable.  Consult on key IT projects and initiatives as needed to ensure the implementation of leading practices and necessary internal controls/ IT security policy.  Evaluate the existing internal controls procedures and identify opportunities to strengthen those procedures.  Be a team oriented individual who can effectively work at all levels within the organization, both within the Department and other functions.  Experience:  A minimum of 6-8 years- experience in operational and financial audit.  Strong technical audit skills (including IT audit /general computer controls familiarity).  Strong management skills with a proven ability to successfully lead and thrive in a team environment, and ability to build rapport with both team members and our internal clients.  Strong analytical and data analysis skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects simultaneously.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Demonstrated ability to - think-out- of-the- box- and be creative with strong problem solving capabilities and not just identifying the problem.  General :  - Should have Strong Legal Research experience  - Strong business process knowledge is a must  - Good communication skills and open for travelling.  - Knowledge of MIS, and risks & controls preferred  - High standard of ethics, integrity, and values  Education: A qualified CA with audit experience. CIA /CISA certification would be preferred.  Reporting : To Head of Legal and Compliance
