Designation: Senior Manager - Credit Policy  Location: Chennai   Role Description: Managing the end to end Business Rules implementation at Bank Bazaar through interaction with Partners.  Job Duties:  - Should have a basic understanding of basic policy / underwriting of various loan/insurance products  - Should be able to implement & launch policy implementations various loan/insurance products on Bank Bazaar   - Should monitor the behaviour of portfolio on a weekly basis & present the report within the team  - Should be able to monitor and come up with recommendations on improving model performance on BankBazaar.  - Should be comfortable to work on analytics to monitor the behavior of all Products across BankBazaar.  - Should prepare reports on a fortnightly basis for various credit products of BankBazaar   - Need to work closely with Operations, technology and Reporting teams to work on closure of the Policy related items / Reports.  Qualifications/Criteria:  - Strong problem solving skills  - Excellent communication skills & should be a good team player  - 5 to 7 years experience (preferably in the Banking domain)  - Good understanding of advanced excel functions.   About BankBazaar.com:  BankBazaar is a tech-centric company that has been ranked amongst India's hottest Startup's by Business Today, CNBC Awaaz & Economic Times.
