Key Responsibilities:  - Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyse key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management.  - Partner with finance / business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.  - Influence and drive business decision / action with appropriate analysis and comments.  - Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / inconsistencies, initiate action and follow-up for logical closure.  - Manage and drive assessment & tracking ROI for marketing engagements and campaigns.  - Develop & present marketing Insights built on financial parameters with a deep dive with the Analytics vertical  - Manage and develop budget plans and financial reports for marketing vertical along with various other Biz Fin teams, with great rigor on Bottoms up approach.  - Accurate plan with consistent and adequate How Lists.  - Manage tracking of key financial and marketing metrics, accurate reporting, creating dashboards, decks and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals  - Review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of deviation matrix and communicating the same proactively. Creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable  Competencies:  - Excellent data analysis skills and ability to interpret key consumer indices, brand parameters,internal consumer, traffic, conversion and competitive data  - Excellent analytical abilities. Able to analyze various data points to validate hypothesis and conclusions  - Excellent tracking and optimization skills. Should know what data points to look at when tracking a certain intervention  - Knowledge of principles of measuring marketing investment ROI  - Good people skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders- while risk managing the impact on the business  - Knowledge of principles and processes for planning and budgeting for campaigns and activations.  - Process driven- Deriving pre-campaign KPIs from 3rd party data sources; campaign tracking and optimization; Post campaign analysis.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptability to rapid change.  - Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis.  About BankBazaar  BankBazaar is India's first full service Finance market place.
