Designation: Manager - Strategic Alliances   Reporting to: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing  Job Location: Bangalore / Mumbai  Desired Experience: 3-7 years  Role Description:   Bankbazaar aims to undertake a comprehensive online and offline alliances marketing program for building strategic alliances. The candidate would individually have to plan, build & drive Strategic alliances partnerships with relevant entities across various product categories. In addition to this the candidate is expected to build a robust couponing/reverse couponing program for BankBazaar product portfolio.   Key Responsibilities:  1. Identify, vet, develop and own partner opportunities and business models to create strategically beneficial marketing partnerships  2. Strategize & design strategic alliances marketing program in line with the product portfolio & ambitions of the organization  3. Lead the partnership programs for BankBazaar with all its existing partners  4. Create a strategic roadmap for delivering key consumer value as per the role of each product  5. Work with individual product teams to generate key consumer value propositions  6. Run the strategic alliances marketing program end to end. Drive key aspects of strategic initiatives across product, technology, sales, and marketing, both internally and externally for smooth implementation  7. Create opportunities for long & short term coalitions with various complementary categories  8. Ensure performance from partners against set KPI's including delivering a lower customer acquisition cost through the partnerships  9. Build a robust thriving coupon programme delivering value to Bankbazaar customers.   10. Develop a unique value proposition for BankBazaar couponing program  11. The candidate is also expected to create corporate partnerships with leading corporates  12. Ensure 100% partner satisfaction and trouble shoot issues with partners.   Competencies:   1. 3+ years of marketing experience, building strategic partnerships, partner management, corporate sales /direct sales   2. Must have track record of achieving assigned targets, leading coordination and responding to complex proposals  3. Knowledge & experience of enterprise selling & relationship management with partner companies. Proven results driven sales experience   4. Ability to understand business needs of potential client in order to strategize, present & demonstrate a tailored solution   5. Stable career history   6. Exceptional work ethic & drive   7. Willing to travel
