Designation: Manager - BTL marketing   Reporting to: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing  Job Location: Bangalore / Mumbai  Desired Experience: 4 - 7 years  Role Description:   Bankbazaar aims to undertake a comprehensive BTL marketing program as part of its marketing activities. The candidate would individually have to plan, build & drive key BTL partnerships with strategically relevant entities across various product categories.  - The candidate is also expected to help with reverse couponing program which is aimed at building tie ups with high traffic affiliates to increase high quality inbound web traffic from these affiliates  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategize & design BTL marketing program in line with the product portfolio & ambitions of the organization  - Initiate and nurture key partnerships with companies operating keeping TG in mind  - Create opportunities for long & short term coalitions with various complementary categories  - Run the BTL marketing program end to end. Work in sync with internal teams for implementation  - Work with marketing team for creation of marketing material to be shared with partners for co-marketing activities  - Ensure 100% partner satisfaction and trouble shoot issues with partners.   - Ensure performance from partners against set KPI's including delivering a lower customer acquisition cost through the partnerships  Competencies:   - 3+ years of BTL marketing, partner management  - Must have track record of achieving assigned targets, leading coordination and responding to complex proposals  - Knowledge & experience of enterprise selling & relationship management with partner companies. Proven results driven sales experience   - Ability to understand business needs of potential client in order to strategize, present & demonstrate a tailored solution   - Stable career history   - Exceptional work ethic & drive   - Willing to travel
