BankBazaar is looking for Sales / Business Development Experienced professionals to Manage the Operations for the Insurance Business and handle the Client Retentionship.

Experience & Education:

- MBA from premier institutes, 10+ years of experience in Insurance companies with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Heading the Insurance division

- Build a team to take care of rapidly expanding portfolio

- Complete ownership to Develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at national level (banks and financial institutions) critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Partners

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Support, develop, and execute the firm’s strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.

Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills with good command over excel

- Have been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating

- Have handled a team

- Have shown the willingness to stay at a place for atleast 2+ years in last company
