All this with a keen eye on user experience and razor-sharp focus on conversion.   People love working here because :  - Fast-paced release cycles  - Ownership & autonomy of area  - Analytics-driven decision-making culture  - Smart & nice people (even if we say so ourselves)  - Ability to contribute ideas & watch them come to life  - Problem-solving environment  - We're obsessed about the customer   - Tiny creature comforts like snacks, drinks, movie treats, games-   Core Job Functions :  - Understand the Company's priority growth strategies and effectively translates strategy into actionable programs that can be implemented with existing and new alliance partners to drive revenue.  - Perform comprehensive analysis of potential and current alliance partners to develop compelling revenue producing programs that best aligns with key company growth program objectives.  - Own the process for setting and measuring key metrics to evaluate contribution to revenue as agreed with key business unit stakeholders.  - Locate or propose potential alliance relationships/programs by contacting potential new and existing alliance partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.  - Close new alliance partner agreements by coordinating requirements; developing, negotiating and executing contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.  - Provide the business rationale for the partnership with key business unit stakeholders to execute the programs and deliver planned success metrics with compensation tied to annual based goals and objectives.  - Establish annual business plans which define annual objectives, joint solutions and marketing programs, and field engagements.  - Measure achievement against annual revenue goals as defined by senior leadership (e.g., annual revenue, Y/Y growth, new market selection and penetration).  - Collaborate with marketing, sales and/or delivery teams to ensure company readiness and ability to drive sales; drives global implementation of the joint initiatives.
