Designation: AVP - Partner Integration  AVP - Partner Integration, who can provide thought leadership for integration with partner technology systems by leading a team of business analysts and technologists. You will own implementation, delivery and maintenance of large transformational projects with Banks and Financial institutes in India. You will effectively understand client requirements & drive internal team to deliver with best industry practices.   Location : Mumbai   Experience & Education:   - 10+ years of experience consulting and partner management in technology domain.   - Experience in managing a team of Business Analysts and Technologists   - Direct ownership of delivering large transformational projects   - Experience in client/partner relationship management   - PMP certification is a plus.   Key Responsibilities:   - Build & Lead a team of business and technology analysts to take care of rapidly expanding product space involving Bank partner integration.   - Responsible for successful delivery of projects at large banks and financial institutions in India. This includes planning, implementing and maintenance of Web services integrations   - Complete ownership to Develop and maintain post-launch relationships with key accounts at national level (banks and financial institutions) critical to the company   - Perform activities for partners to achieve or exceed assigned operational objectives   - Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients   - Understand key client business and technology imperatives and accordingly lead   - Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Bank Partners   - Work collaboratively with and build strong trust-based relationships with peers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering and Product teams.   - Recruit, coach and develop the Technology Integration team consisting of managers and individual contributors   Competencies:   - Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills   - Extensive experience in delivery and Client Relationship Management   - Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance   - Strong Analytical skills with good command over technology   - Have been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of target achievement and Rating   - Experience in managing a team and providing technical direction to them if needed   - Have shown the willingness to stay at a place for atleast 2+ years in last company   - BFSI Industry knowledge will be a plus  - This role requires a mix of hands on experience in defining IT Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Program Management.   Please APPLY ONLY if you have this combination of experience.
