Job Title:  Assistant Manager - Telesales ( Insurance )  Job Description:  - Responsible for the day-to-day function of Insurance Telesales process.  - Generating innovative ideas that are cost-effective ensuring profitability to the company.  - Assist supervisors and develop various metrics for productivity and prepare necessary reports.  - Work with team supervisors and identify call volume trends and maximize ways to improve quality and quantity.  - Maintain knowledge on various best industry practices and develop associated strategies.  - Analyze processes and recommended new technologies for incorporation in system.  - Managing the end to end sales and customer service.  - Presenting the monthly performance in the monthly review meetings.  - Ensuring that the team is well equipped, well trained, and motivated to meet the set targets.  - Ensuring that the employees adhere to the company's rules and are in sync with the company's mission and values.  - Weekly review with clients for the Target & Service level.  - Briefing the team on process updates which are given by the clients.  - Pay special attention to Team Leaders, Agents queries.  - Conduction training sessions every week for the bottom performers.  Skills Required:  - Must have Progressive experience in managing Telesales Team  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment  - Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with the stakeholders  - Demonstrates ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making  - Fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the Site  About BankBazaar.com:  BankBazaar.com is India's first neutral online marketplace that gives you instant customized rate quotes on loans, credit cards or any other personal finance products.
