Baker Tilly DHC - Partner - Direct Tax

1) Require a Chartered Accountant with 10 to 20 years of rich experience in the area of Direct Tax that entails functional expertise in various Direct Tax stream i.e. Corporate Tax, M&A, Compliances, appearing before the Tribunal / Income Tax authorities etc.

2) Competent and expertise in handling legal matters, litigation, planning, business restructuring in relation to Direct Tax.

3) This is a strategic role and the appointed partner will engage in providing complete Tax Advisory Services under DT.

4) The expertise in tax compliances, litigation support services, due diligence review under the DT regime is required.

5) Also require experience in handling litigation i.e. litigation support in preparation of report showcasing notice apply against the order of the authority and representation before the authority for various issues in Direct Tax.

6) Aggressive Business Development targets.

7) Ensuring superior and high quality of services in assignment execution & client deliverable.

8) Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.

9) Cross Sell as an opportunity to be exercised.

10) Promoting Baker Tilly DHC brand in the market.

11) Adhering to various internal policies of the organization.
