- Planning and organizing client engagements

- Advising clients on strategic issues and provide a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments

- Handling International Tax and treaties related matter and handling FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act)/RBI (Reserve Bank of India) compliance.

- Advising clients on international tax issues relating to cross border transactions, Indian corporate tax issues and foreign exchange issues relating to import/exports of goods, cross-border payments, cross-border settlements, etc.

- Representing before the Assessing Officer for assessment proceedings and the Commissioner (Appeals) for appellate proceedings under the Income-tax Act.

- Briefing Counsels on various issues and assisting Counsels and Partners in hearings before the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal. Appearing and arguing before Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.

- Enhance the Firm's market visibility and the client service experience by creating and managing strong independent relationships with clients with minimal partner involvement.

- Identifying cross- selling for the DT practice as well as other products of the firm, though strong internal and external networking.

- Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team and ensure compliance of all aspects of taxation

- Develop a vibrant network through personal and brand visibility at seminars/ tax forums/ suitable meets.

- Conducting transfer pricing audit across diverse industry verticals like manufacturing, finance & pharmaceuticals etc.

- Transfer Pricing Litigation- Successfully defending litigations and assessments with robust documentation.

- Advance Pricing Agreement- Handholding clients on APA process and providing expertise

- Withholding Tax Implications- Advising on withholding tax implications of the large turnkey projects

- Advisory Services- Advising on a listed public company's international & local restructuring.
