Job Title : Sr. Manager Risk - Policy implementation

Reports to : National Head, Risk - B2B business

Location : Pune (Corporate Office)

Position Summary : The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of implementation and managing the consumer Risk policy on SFDC and other relevant platforms including FINONE.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for implementation & adherence of risk policy for CD, LSF and Digital.

- Execute and liaison with the relevant stakeholders internally in the risk team and also with IT for all system and process related support and development.

- Ensure timely delivery of all SFDC related activities including support.

- Project monitoring and status reporting for both BIU and exception incidents.

- Review and remediation of high risk manual processes.

- Follow-up on open issues & Business tracker with IT team & closure

- Change management including delivery of technology platform /environment for internal risk team.

- Ensure adequate system related training for internal risk users.

- Ensure continuous improvement/enhancement to systems (SFDC & Finnone) platforms by identifying gaps proactively.

- Support product team in developing systems, IT development and improvement of the same and is line with business requirements.

- Building framework to continuously assess and evaluate system capabilities to eliminate operational loss

- Monthly file audit and sharing feedback to all stake holders

Required Skills & Experience :

- Post graduate with 6-8 years experience in Risk or IT domain in lending business with specific experience in retail consumer finance

- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Knowledge of SFDC or related rule engine on automated underwriting environment experience would be preferred

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
