Role: Product   Position Summary   - This position is responsible for innovating, developing and executing unique differentiating propositions for the business in the digital world.   - Responsible for designing innovative products for large customer pools sourced from business partners.   - Creates product proposition and enables product structuring through technology. Gets all product usage scenarios covered through technology build   - Responsible for creating the Product Policy Guideline (PPG) of NSB with distinctive policies for Payments, Unsecured and Secured offering Work with partners and continuously add differentiating propositions   Duties and Responsibilities   - Leverages his / her strong understanding and experience in product management to drive innovations in customer acquisition   - Engage in analysis relating to profitability, delinquency, and viability of all Loan products to support decision making   - Identify and strive for new income opportunities for business (like fee based distribution products)   - Extensive engagement with stakeholders - Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Analytics, Technology and Risk   - Responsible for monitoring and tracking various digital campaign performances   - Responsible for ensuring the product & processes conform to regulatory norms for NBFC   - Ensure product is compliant with internal compliance and audit norms   - Responsible for identifying and continuously monitoring any inherent operational risk   - Understanding of fee based products like insurance and building fee based model   - Identifying opportunities for revenue generation or improve profitability   - Responsible for maintaining pricing mix   - Responsible for providing updates on competition & changes in their proposition   - Responsible for creating & building a unique digital ecosystem based product program for the business   - Responsible for innovating and executing key differentiating product propositions   - Working with cross functional teams to execute new business initiatives   - Design of Experiments for testing and launching new products   - Competitive intelligence and customer expectations research to launch a market and customer acceptable product   Experience and competencies  Experience : 6 to 9 yrs  Professional Experience   - Post graduate from a leading institute CA/MBA/ Tire 1 colleges - relevant product / risk / underwriting experience   - In-depth Knowledge of Business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Lending sector in BFSI segment   - Thorough knowledge of Unsecured and Secured lending products like Personal Loans and Mortgages along with Value added distribution products   - Should have thorough understanding of online customer acquisition models.   - Experience of having worked on new product innovations / propositions in the digital world.   - Should be professionally qualified. MBA (Mktg/finance) from a reputed Institute   - Ability to work with large data sets with good computing skills   Personal Attributes   - Fast and Agile   - Can maintain high energy for extended periods of time.
