Bajaj Finserv - National Head - Structured Products - Developer Segment

Position summary:

- Identify developers in the mid-size segment with surplus supply of units to sell and structure complimentary home loan products.

- Negotiate transactions at a promoter level for identified developers

- Leverage BFL franchise as a customer base for selling units combined with exciting financial solutions.

- Develop creative packaging for real estate products and work with developers to clear inventories.

- To manage, grow and deliver a business with a 12-15 cr profit on an annualized basis.

- To create an industry leadership position and high mind recall with the developer segment for the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Should have a MBA/Post Graduate Degree from a Premier Management School.

- 8 - 12 years of experience in a leading Brokerage Real Estate distributor industry with 4 - 6 years in real estate consulting business.

- Experience of managing complex negotiations and handling multiple regions/ geographies will be considered as strong strengths.

- Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in a leading negotiations and demonstrated excellent track record in Business.

- Should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

- High on influencing skills and ability to work across matrices of functions.

- Confident and Assertive in management style.

- Ability to work in situations involving high ambiguity and delivering results with a can-do attitude.
