Brand Communications :  - Lead the planning, creation and execution efforts for all major brand campaigns during the year  - Liaison with external media planning agencies to create integrated media plans for the above initiatives  - Steer the process of creating master frameworks on key business communications  Agency Tie-ups And Governance :  - Define an overall agency governance framework that covers in detail the process of monitoring creative output throughout the COE  - Steer periodic reviews and similar governance practices to ensure effective implementation  - Identify and convert opportunities for strategic media tie ups  Retail Communications :  - Define the overall approach for retail communications, covering both Urban and Rural retail  - Work with Retail Marketing and Rural Marketing heads to provide winning creative support that drives business objectives   Brand Health Management :  - Steer and monitor select brand health indicators   - Carry out creative benchmarking across the category and outside   Key Metrics :   - Brand health scores, including Association and Attribute scores, and funnel performance  - Advertising effectiveness and spends efficiencies  Required Qualifications :  - Mainstream brand management/ advertising/ communications experience  - 3-5 year's experience (Manager) and 5-7 year's experience (Senior Manager)   - Mainstream brand management/ ATL communications experience will be a significant advantage  - Proven track record of high performance
