Company : Bajaj Finance Limited  Job title : Manager - Business Marketing  Reports to : Senior Manager - Business Marketing  Business : Marketing  Location : Mantri Office, Pune  Position summary : Design and deliver customer communication for the company's business lines  Duties and Responsibilities :  - Design and execute multi-format, laser-sharp communication to help promote the company's offerings and build the company's positioning as a leading player for the breadth of financial services  - Work with Business teams to develop and implement customized communication plans to strengthen company's positioning in respective customer segments thereby generating new business  - Create and manage communications for the brand in sync with the brand tone of voice   - Manage suppliers of communication services (agencies) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of overall marketing effort  - Actively cultivate and manage relationships with teams across businesses  - Perform against set objectives, metrics and budgets  Required Qualifications and Experience :  - MBA from a reputed management institute with around 3-6 years of experience in communications  - Experience in the financial services sector will be a plus  Core Competencies :  - Intellectual curiosity  - Ability to devise innovative communication strategies to meet desired objectives and outcomes  - Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment and have the organizational skills to lead/execute communication strategies under tight timelines  - Ability to maintain composure during crisis situations so as to provide well-informed and strategic recommendations to senior management to resolve/mitigate issues.  - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.  - Must have a flair for writing and ability to understand and appreciate design  Salary Offered: 5 - 10 LPA
