Job Title: National Head - Management Accounting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Information:

- Develop actionable and insightful business monitoring reviews for the senior leadership

- Effective measurement and implementation of key strategic imperatives - Product expansion, Geographic & channel expansion, Pricing & waiver, Direct to consume

- Lead, develop, manage and monitor product wise business plans - Portfolio mix, volumes, Revenue, Fees, Cost of funds, opex, bad loans provisions and all related metrics

- Own, manage and monitor Profitability and key performance drivers

- Oversee preparation of Monthly Management reporting (Monthly financial trackers) with ratio analysis for submission & strategic decision making for top management.

- Establish rigorous control frame work around preparation of the Management Accounting Pack for senior management. Ensure alignment with core financial statements.

- Ensure adequate explanation of Business Performance through provision of Receivables Walks & Interest Income Walks to SBS businesses, AR analysis & Opex analysis to CFO for senior management review.

- Manage & Guide Team in preparation of the following:

Branch wise profitability for all SBS businesses

Mid-Month forecast for the ensuing month to be sent to top management

Assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plan of the company

Assist in preparation of Long Range Plan of the company

Assist in preparation of Quarterly / Half Yearly Reforecasts of the company

- Support businesses with next month financial forecasts for presentation to top management & inclusion in their monthly decks

- Help each business & support function track their budget v/s actuals on a monthly basis

- Continuous engagement with all business teams

- Provide Auditors with various analysis & NPA computations

- New business simulations for new businesses

- Existing businesses forecasting based on changed business environment / dynamics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CA with minimum 9 -10 years of experience

- Excellent Excel proficiency

- Analytical ability

- Proven Ability to lead a team.

- Positive attitude

- Very Strong written and oral communication skills

- Proven Track Record

- Demonstrated Project Management Skills

- Comfort in interfacing with Technology and implementation of Technology Platforms for Financial Applications

- Good Product Knowledge and knowledge of core systems of the company
