Person applying must have at least 8 years of relevant HR experience and must be from a tier 1 or tier 2 B-School.

He will lead, improvise and design the overall talent development and management strategy for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities would include:

- Develop overall learning & development vision (for the business vertical).

- Developed Training Strategy in line with Business goals and drive interventions through focused learning.

- Formulate the annual talent development & management strategy in consultation with different business leaders and Business unit HR.

- Conceptualize and develop leadership programs for senior management.

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions/training vendors for delivery effective learning/training interventions.

- Conceptualize, create and conduct new competency development programs on the basis of identified business need.

- Conduct cost benefit analysis for various hiring and training models to ensure profitability

- Manage, monitor and measure effectiveness for all existing L&D programs

- Support in running smoothly all the business training programs

- Drive training efficiency and effectiveness metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must have a post graduate degree in HR with around 8 to 12 years relevant experience in HR with specialization in Learning & Development.

- The role holder will have a proven track record of having managed HR function in mid-sized services organizations.

- Ability to bringing in new learning and development solutions and ideas.

A people person who can change the work environment with optimism, fairness and build trust at all levels.
